Returns & Shipping
Can I return an online purchase?
Yes. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- For a full refund, we must receive the item(s) within 7 days of you receiving it/them.
- For an exchange, we must receive the item(s) within 12 days of you receiving it/them.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered from their original form
- Price tags must be attached
- Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs
- All footwear and accessories must be returned in the original box provided, in original condition; the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
All sale items as well as candles, fragrances, bras, panties and lingerie, are, however, FINAL SALE.
How do I begin the return process?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization number, shipping address and further instructions. Place on the subject line, "RETURN: HEIDISAYS ONLINE."
Items returned to the store without a return authorization number written on the outside of the box will be denied.
We are not responsible for missing packages.
How do you process full refund returns?
We will refund the method of payment you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding the shipping cost.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
What method and costs do you use for shipping?
Our go-to shipping service is either UPS or USPS, whichever option is least expensive for you. We will default to sending your merchandise via UPS Ground or USPS Ground option. If, however, you would like to expedite your shipment, please send an email to us at: email@example.com and we will accommodate your needs.
UPS Ground: Arrives 2-7 business days after processing
UPS Priority Overnight: Arrives next business day on orders placed by 2:00 p.m. (EST) when ordered Monday-Friday
USPS Ground: Arrives 2-8 business days after processing
USPS Priority Mail Express: Arrives next business day on orders placed by 2:00 p.m. (EST) when ordered Monday-Friday
Do you have Same Day Delivery?
Any orders placed before 3pm PST for delivery within San Francisco are eligible for same day messenger.
Do you ship orders internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States.
